Do you offer a gift service or gift wrapping?

All our items are posted in Pandora packaging. We are happy to gift wrap and send your package & message card to a third party on request.

Should you wish us to design a Pandora Bracelet or Necklace gift on your behalf, give us your budget & theme and we will provide this service at no additional cost.

What is your return Policy on Pandora products?

You may return unworn and unused Pandora Jewelry merchandise purchased from Charm Me within 14 days of purchase provided it is its original condition and packaging. Any additional postage from your home address to us will be at your own expense.

Do you always have all Pandora Jewelry items in stock?

We carry a large range of Pandora Jewelry products in 14 K Gold & Sterling Silver. If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the choice of changing or canceling your order. If the item you have chosen is on “back order” – that is, temporarily out of stock, send us an email and we will give you an estimated date of supply.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made via the secure PAY PAL system, bank deposit or via a faxed credit card authority.

What if I do not want to give my credit card details online?

We also offer a fax order service. Send us an email and we will send an order form through to you so that you may complete your transaction via fax.

When will I get my Pandora item/s & why do we offer to post free within Australia?

Once your order is made and payment is received,  your goods will be sent within 3 business days.  Where possible we will endeavour to ship your goods the same business day.

How do I clean my Pandora Jewelry?

Place your Pandora beads and bracelet in warm water with a few drops of liquid detergent for about ten minutes, and rinse. Do not use a brush, abrasive or jewelry cleaners as these can damage your jewellery’s finish.
