| About Pandora Stones |

PANDORA only uses real gemstones, with only one special exception – zirconias. Zirconias are synthetic diamond-like stones.
Every Pandora stone used has a special designation. The combination of letters at the end of each item number is an abbreviation for the Pandora stones used, for example RU stands for ruby, D for diamond, AM for amethyst etc.

| Caring For Your Pandora Jewellery |

Take good care of your Pandora Jewellery. Time naturally takes its toll on us all – and also on your jewellery. As with everything else you hold dear, your Pandora jewellery needs regular tender loving care too.
For cleaning, simply use lukewarm soapy water – that is the best. Use a soft tooth brush to scrub the Pandora jewellery and then rinse it in clean water. To remove caked-on dirt, let it soak for 10 minutes in lukewarm soapy water, gently brush it clean and then rinse it in clean water.
For a shinier surface, you can polish your Pandora jewellery with a cloth with proprietary solution, which is available at your local goldsmith.
If you are in doubt about the state of your Pandora jewellery, you can always contact your local goldsmith and ask him or her to repair any damage.
Important: Chemical agents are a quick, but harsh way to clean your jewellery. We recommend that use of such cleaners be avoided. Especially oxidised silver and pearls, which are easily damaged.
