Are your products authentic?
We are an authorised seller of all products on the Charm Me site and only sell authentic product.
How do I know what Pandora bracelet size to get?
Measure around where your wrist is broadest and add approximately 3-4 cm to that length to determine the correct measurement.
Note that Pandora bracelets are measured from end to end, including the clasp.
Do you offer a gift service or gift wrapping?
All our items are posted in brand packaging, i.e. PANDORA in PANDORA packaging, Beyond Words in Beyond Words packaging etc. We are happy to gift wrap and send your package & message card to a third party on request.
Should you wish us to design a Bracelet or Necklace as a gift on your behalf, give us your budget & theme and we will provide this service at no additional cost.
What is your Return Policy on your products?
You may return unworn and unused PANDORA Jewellery, Beyond Words, Hutquist, Miabelle etc merchandise purchased from Charm Me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Any additional postage from your home address to us will be at your own expense. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Do you always have all of the Jewellery ranges in stock?
We carry a large range of PANDORA Jewellery products in 14 carat Gold & Sterling Silver. If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the choice of changing or canceling your order. If the item you have chosen is on “back order” – that is, temporarily out of stock, send us an email and we will give you an estimated date of supply. Generally if your item is available for sale on our site we have ready for immediate shipping.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard - we use ANZ eGate a secure online payment service provided by the ANZ Bank or PayPal Express (if you have an existing PayPal account), direct bank deposit or via a faxed credit card authority (or contact us for details). What if I do not want to give my credit card details online?
Call us on 1300 767 352 and we can organise payment over the phone or via our fax order service. Send us an email and we will send an order form through to you so that you may complete your transaction via fax.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is made and payment is received, your goods will be sent within 2 business days. Where possible we ship your goods the same business day. We use an express service, so if you are in an overnight area - you should receive your goods the next business day.
At Charm Me we understand that it is not always easy to get to a shopping centre, whether it is due to geographical remoteness or just having too much to do in too little time. Free post makes it convenient for our customers to do business over the net or via fax.
Care Instructions - How do I care for my Jewellery?
PANDORA recommend the use of polishing cloths specially designed for Jewellery. Should further cleaning be required the jewellery may be placed in warm water with a mild dishwashing detergent and gently scrubbed with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly with water and polish with a jewellery cloth. NEVER USE LIQUID SILVER POLISH, SILVER PLATES OR ANY OTHER CHEMICALS.
OXIDISED JEWELLERY is meant to fade to an antique look as it is worn. How quickly the oxidation disappears, depends on how the jewellery is treated. Things which can cause the oxidation to fade include sweat (if you wear jewellery while engaging in sport), chlorine, perfumes, medicine that is excreted through the skin, cleaning agents and polish. Oxidation that fades is considered normal wear.
WOOD BEADS are made from resilient timbers and are protected by layers of lacquer which enhance the durability of this natural product. A natural product is delicate and wood beads should be handled with care. No contact with chemicals, perfume, creams, soaps or silver polish as this will strip or discolour the protective lacquer. Wood will withstand occasional contact with water, but no immersion or contact with pool/spa chemicals. Do not wear your wood beads during an activity that could be abbrasive on the surface. To clean, use a polishing cloth on the silver part only (not the timber). The warranty on Pandora wood beads is for 30 days after purchase.
LEATHER BRACELETS will withstand occasional contact with water, but no immersion or contact with pool/spa chemicals. Do not wear your leather bracelt during an activity that could be abbrasive to the leather surface. To clean, use a polishing cloth on the silver clasp only. The warranty on Pandora leather items is 30 days after purchase.
EXPANSION OF BRACELETS - Pandora bracelets will expand slightly over time. The increase in length will vary depending on how many beads are on the bracelet/s. Fixed clip beads are recommended to minimise stretching. They should be used to evenly distribute your Pandora beads around the bracelet and thus reduce stress caused by too many beads hanging on one particular section of the bracelet.
PANDORA CLASP BRACELETS - When closing your Pandora clasp NEVER USE FORCE. Ensure the bracelet is sitting correctly in the bed of the clasp. Never use tools to open the clasp (with the exception of the Pandora clasp opener).
THREADING YOUR PANDORA BEADS - Pandora beads should be gently threaded on the bracelet. Should a bead get stuck on the thread, retun it for repair - do not force the beads off, or cut the chain.
PANDORA MURANO GLASS BEADS - These beads are glass and should be treated with care to avoid chips or cracks.
Pandora recommends that only PANDORA beads are used on a PANDORA bracelet. Your Pandora warranty will be considered null and void should any other beads or similar products from copy brands be placed on the Pandora bracelet.
PANDORA BEADS WITH PEARLS - These beads should never be worn in water containing detergents or chemicals. Special care should be taken with pearls as any product containing a high alkaline content such as hair spray, perfumes and soaps can damage the pearl.
LEATHER ITEMS - Care should be taken with leather strings. Leather is a natural material and will soften over time especially where folded or knotted. Leather care products can be used to improve the longevity of leather. Care should be taken to ensure that any leather care product used is entirely absorbed prior to wearing your jewellery.
LINX & MORE - Recommends that your jewellery does not get wet at all. As Linx and More lockets are made of glass, care should be taken so that they are not dropped as the glass could break.
INSURANCE - As your jewellery is an investment, insurance is recommended. Safety chains are also recommended as an additional safeguard against accidental loss.
LINX & MORE recomments that only Linx & More charms are used within your lockets or bracelets as other items may not fit correctly and could break the glass on your Linx & More jewellery.
