Charm Me has a no questions asked 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Pandora purchase from Charm Me, you may return unworn and unused Pandora Jewellery merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided it is in its original condition and packaging, and has been purchased from Charm Me.
