Purchasing Charm Me Gift Vouchers

Choose the value of your Pandora Charm Me Gift Voucher.

To begin your Charm Me Gift Voucher process, just select the value of the Gift Voucher from the options below. Gift Vouchers are available in $50, $75, $100 and $200 values.

Proceed to Checkout.

Once you have selected your chosen Gift Voucher value, then select "Add to Cart" to place your voucher in your Charm Me shopping cart. Then select "Checkout" to proceed to checkout. Here you will need to login (existing customers) if you haven't already, or register as a new customer if this is your first purchase with Charm Me.

Tell us where you want to send the Gift Voucher.

During the Checkout process, make sure that you record the name and address of who you are sending the Gift Voucher to. If you have purchased from us before, then your previous "Shipping Address" will show. Make sure you change this to the address of the person you want us to send the Gift Voucher to (your billing address should stay the same). Then proceed through the checkout process (you can edit any information at any time before payment). If you want the Gift Voucher sent to you so that you can personally give it, then leave the "Billing Address" and the "Shipping Address" the same. Complete your Gift Voucher purchase by selecting one of our payment options.

We mail your friend or family member your Gift Voucher.

Once your payment has been verified, we will send your Gift Voucher to your nominated recipient according to the details you provided through the checkout process (usually the next business day). Your friend or family member will receive an authentic PANDORA printed Gift Voucher for the value you selected via free express post anywhere in Australia. The Gift Voucher will have a unique code printed on it which can be redeemed during the checkout process on the Charm Me website (in the "Redeem Coupon" section on the payment options page). The voucher can be used for a purchase on http://www.charmme.com.au/ up to the total value of the voucher and is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue. Any balance of an order which exceeds the value of the redeemed Gift Voucher, can be paid for by way of any of our standard payment methods.

To begin your Charm Me Gift Voucher redemption process, go to http://www.charmme.com.au/ and select which items of authentic PANDORA Jewellery you would like. With each item, click "Add to Cart" to place it in your shopping cart. 

Proceed to Checkout.

Once you have finished shopping, then select "Checkout" from your shopping cart to proceed to checkout. Here you will need to login (existing customers) if you haven't already, or register as a new customer if this is your first purchase with Charm Me.

Complete Checkout and Redeem Gift Voucher.

During the Checkout process, make sure that you correctly record your name and address. If you have purchased from us before, then your previous "Shipping Address" will show (make sure this is still correct). If you have any special instructions, you can add them into the "Add Comments About Your Order" text box. Then proceed through the checkout process (you can edit any information at any time before payment). Next, on the "Payment Information" page, scroll down until you see the "Discount Coupons" option. This is where you need to type in the unique Gift Voucher code which you will find on the back of your Gift Voucher, and then click "Redeem". You should then see confirmation of your voucher redemption at the top of this page. Finally, you must now select a payment method. If your order total exceeds the value of your Gift Voucher, then the balance can be paid via any one of our payment methods. If the value of your purchase is less than the value of your redeemed Gift Voucher (ie. $0 balance), then you must still select "Direct Bank Transfer" as the payment method (even though you will not need to make a payment). This will allow you to proceed to the "Order Confirmation" page where you can confirm or edit your order details, and make sure that the Gift Voucher redemption has been deducted from the order total. If you are happy with the order, click "Confirm Order" to finalise your order.

We mail out your PANDORA Jewellery.

Once your order and payment (if applicable) has been verified, we will send your PANDORA Jewellery according to the details you provided through the checkout process (usually the next business day). You will receive your authentic PANDORA Jewellery beautifully gift wrapped in PANDORA packaging via free express post anywhere in Australia. Remember, your Charm Me Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
