Returns Policy

Change of Mind returns:

Charm Me has a standard “no questions asked 14 day return policy”. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from Charm Me, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided:

-          it is in its original condition and packaging,

-          has not been used or worn,

-          you produce your receipt/order number from Charm Me as proof of purchase, and is within 14 days of the original purchase.

 Any additional postage from your home address to us will be at your own expense. The total refund value on an item is subject to re-calculation if purchased within a promotion where conditions would no longer be met.

Faulty Merchandise:

Charm Me will accept returns on products, with proof of purchase, where:

-          the product is proven to be faulty or not of merchantable quality,

-          the product is wrongly described, or

-          the product is different from a sample shown to you.

Charm Me reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned products prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Charm Me is committed to providing its users with an internet experience that respects their personal privacy concerns and keeps all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The data we collect is handled sensitively, securely and with proper regard to privacy. Charm Me does not disclose, distribute or sell the data we collect from our clients to third parties. Your personal information will not be released to anyone other than those necessary to complete your order. Our site also uses a feature of your web browser known as "cookies" to store information and identify you to the system while you are on a session. No personal details are contained in the cookies. Charm Me does not participate in spamming, and will not distribute, sell or rent customer information to any third parties.

 

Delivery Policy

Currently, Charm Me offers Free Delivery within 2 business days of payment received for all orders anywhere within Australia using Australia Post eParcel Express or Standand Express Post (most orders are posted next business day).  

 

General Shipping Issues:

1.1 The customer must ensure that the customer enters their correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to Charm Me as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.

1.2 Depending on the nature of the products ordered, Charm Me will arrange for delivery of the products by Australia Post eParcel or a courier. Charm Me will use its best endeavours to deliver the products to the customer’s nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing the order, however Charm Me will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in postage/transit time.

1.3 As Charm Me uses Australia Post eParcel and Express Post, it is expected that the customer’s parcel will be delivered during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the products must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing the customer of how to collect the customer’s parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by the delivery service (usually the customer’s local Post Office ) for their maximum hold time. Should the customer not respond to a calling card and the parcel is returned to Charm Me as unclaimed, Charm Me reserves the right to charge an additional handling/postage charge for re-dispatch.

1.4 Once the customer order has been received by Charm Me and payment has been verified, Charm me will pick, package and post the products contained within the order within 2 business days. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation.

1.5 For deliveries within Australia, the customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from the time the customer receives the “Order Dispatched” email and not from the time the order was placed. The following are estimates only, and are based on information provided by Australia Post:

Express post – 1 to 3 business days

Standard mail – 5 to 7 business days

1.6 As per advice from Australia Post, the Customer should allow for a further 2 days (in addition to the above) for delivery to regional areas.

1.7 The delivery dates are estimates only. Charm Me will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to always be possible.

1.8 If the customer’s order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days of the Order being placed, the customer will be advised and will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order (in the event of lack of availability of particular products). If the order is not cancelled, the order will be dispatched as soon as the items are available.

1.9 Charm Me reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the products the subject of the order.

Multiple Item Orders:

2.1 Subject to the terms of any order, Charm Me will only ship orders when all items on the order are available for dispatch. The customer may be asked if Charm Me can deliver part only of an order in which case Charm Me may do so.

2.2 Where there has been a significant delay in supplying outstanding items, Charm Me may split orders and dispatch available items at no extra cost to the customer and only with the customers prior approval.

Damaged Deliveries Or Missing Products:

3.1 Subject to Charm Me’s return policy, Charm Me will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders and to supply completed orders to Australia Post. As per Charm Me’s Return Policy, any orders not received by the customer in a merchantable quality will be replaced or refunded by Charm Me to the satisfaction of the customer.

Risk And Title In The Products:

4.1 Subject to payment, property and risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Charm Me to be authorised to receive the products.
